Contracts and Compliance Assistant
Nicki joined Focus on WD in 2022, as Compliance & Contracts Administrator. After working in private domiciliary care for the past 18 years, and reaching her goal of becoming a Registered Manager, Nicki decided to take her career in a different direction. With her experience in compliance, contracts and HR, she has been able to transfer her extensive skills and knowledge to this new role.
In her spare time, Nicki enjoys spending time with her 3 amazing children and 2 grandsons. She also enjoys the odd weekend away and visiting places of interest in the UK and abroad.
